As an educator, I see my role not only as a facilitator of knowledge and skills, but also as a mentor who empowers students to believe in themselves. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence through engagement, skill-building, and inclusion – because when students believe in themselves, we unlock talents that might otherwise go unseen.
